Do I need to mail in my passport/visa application?

No need to mail in your application. Once the online process/payment is complete, it will be sent electronically, via our secure servers, to the parties responsible for processing your passport or visa.

Are credit card payments made on the site secure?

Yes, the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology keeps your credit card details safe. Transmission through SSL of card details over the Internet is always encrypted.

What does CVV/CVC/CVC2 number mean?

The CVV number, or Card Verification Value, on your credit or debit card is a three digit number on VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® branded credit and debit cards, or four digit number on your American Express® branded credit or debit card. Providing your CVV number proves that you actually have the physical credit or debit card and helps protect you and reduce potential fraud.

Who issues the visas and passports?

INNOVATE1 Services is an application process and payment service provider. WE DO NOT ADJUDICATE AND/OR ISSUE YOUR PASSAPORT OR VISA. It is the responsibility of the consulate, embassy, High Commission or Immigration Services Office of the country you are applying to that adjudicates and issues the visa or passport once an application is completed and approved.

How long will my payment and application remain valid?

Passport application and payment remain valid for ONE (1) YEAR from date of payment.
Visa application and payment remain valid for SIX (6) MONTHS from date of payment.

How many people can I include in my application?

You are allowed five (5) applications per cart.

Is it guaranteed that I will receive my visa or passport by a certain date?

INNOVATE1 Services IS NOT responsible for the adjudication and/or determination of the issuance of a passport or visa to you. That is the sole responsibility of the issuing authority of the country you are applying to. Processing times are at the discretion of the Passport Agency, Embassy, Consulate or High Commission of the issuing Country. INNOVATE1 Services cannot guarantee your passport or visa will be returned to you by a certain date.
